When you use Workboard, we collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), uploaded files and their contents, usage patterns, and onboarding preferences. We do NOT sell your data or use it for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your uploaded files are processed by our AI systems (DeepSeek) solely for the purpose of categorization, organization, and providing insights within your workspace. AI processing happens in real-time and data is not stored by third-party AI providers beyond the processing session.

3. Data Storage & Security

Files are stored on encrypted servers with 256-bit encryption at rest. All API communication uses TLS 1.3. We use JWT-based authentication with token rotation. You can delete your data at any time.
