You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. AI Processing

Files uploaded to Workboard are processed by AI models (DeepSeek) for categorization and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated categorizations and summaries may not always be perfect. Users should verify critical information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Workboard is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
